Difference between intelligent and true verbatim transcription

There are various types of transcription and this only depends on client’s demand. As if he wants to eliminate extra dubbing sounds in conversation then transcriber need to do so and if the client want to have the exact thing in audio then the professional must need to include every single useless sound in the audio file. This type of transcription is named as verbatim transcription and it implies to typing out each part of conversation on record file. This requires keen listening and understanding ability and much more than ordinary transcription methods. Verbatim transcription has two sub types:
1) Intelligent verbatim
2) True verbatim
Intelligent verbatim:
Intelligent transcription includes the light editing and captures the every single word said in recorded audio that includes fillers, non-verbal conversations, and ambient sounds like in a casual conversation between two people. This commonly happens in interviews, questioning and informal talks.
True verbatim:
Transcription, that includes true conversation without any kind of editing of words in sentences. It captures the non-verbal communication including pauses, laughter, and other informal words used in conversation.
These two types have slight difference but they create a huge difference definition, as the true verbatim transcription can never replace the intelligence verbatim transcription at any cost and vice-versa.
